"This is the first of many posts about advertising your facepainting business online. To start off, I wanted to help out people who don’t have a website yet but want to have a prescence on the web to begin with. (For those of you who have a website, this post will still be beneficial).
You don’t need your own webpage to advertise your face painting business, you can piggyback off other sites by listing your information on their directories. There are children’s entertainer directories all over the internet, that will let you submit all your details - Business name, description, location, phone number and website if you have one.
Quite a few of these are Free and some you will have to pay for. Start by submitting your details to the free directories straight away, because you’ve nothing to lose!"

“Face Painting for a Spring Play in Guam!”Sent in by Mister G/ Frederick Rosal Gonzalez
Just wanted to share with you that last Saturday, I conducted a workshop for parent volunteers for our school. I shared with them some techniques that I have been using all these years and also the many, many, great advices I picked up from your ebooks. They had a blast and they were all so eager to learn!
I also shared with them your website, so hopefully they all visit your site!
I am sharing pictures with you from the workshop, We are doing C.S. Lewis’ The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe based on the musical created by Trumpets, Inc. a theatre group in Manila, for our Spring Play!

Weddings with Face Painting, Clowns and Magicians?
Weddings with Face Painting, Clowns and Magicians?
"I just came across this blog post for couples trying to organize their own ‘perfect wedding’ and it had some great tips about how to keep the children entertained. Elle (from wedaholic.com) suggests hiring a clown or magician or a face painter to keep the kids entertained. And I’d never thought about doing face painting or clowning at a wedding!
So then I thought, it might be a good idea to get in touch with the wedding planners in your area, and give them your portfolio/details, who knows…your next face painting gig might be at a wedding!"
